Eco Baltia group company acquires majority stake in AS Daugavpils specializētais autotransporta uzņēmums

Eco Baltia group company has expanded its operations in Latvia by acquiring a substantial majority stake in AS Daugavpils specializētais autotransporta uzņēmums.

After receiving clearance from the Competition Council, Eco Baltia group company increased its stake to 98%, securing full control of the business.

WALLESS advised on the series of transactions, providing legal and tax support throughout the acquisition process and assisting the client in navigating regulatory requirements through to completion.
