Capitalica strikes big: launches 4th fund and nails Vilnius City Centre acquisition

Capitalica Asset Management excels with the Capitalica European Office Fund – their 4th real estate investment fund. And they’ve just secured their first acquisition in central part of Vilnius city at 18 Savanorių Ave.

With 4,230 sqm leasable area, this prime business centre shines bright! Capitalica’s sustainability commitment is evident as they pursue a “Very good” BREEAM In-Use certification.

But that’s not all! The Capitalica European Office Fund is actively seeking attractive investments beyond the Baltic region, with the first one expected to materialize later this year or early next.
