Bioreactors.net transfers its manufacturing business to Tetra Pak Group

Latvia-based biotech company Bioreactors.net (now operating as Artet SIA) has successfully transferred its bioreactors manufacturing business to the Tetra Pak Group, a global leader in food processing and packaging solutions and an innovator in advanced food and biotechnology production systems.

WALLESS advised the shareholders and management of Bioreactors.net throughout the transaction, providing legal and tax support for the transfer of the business to Tetra Pak Group.

WALLESS team on the transaction was led by partner Zane Eglīte-Fogele, with the support of Head of Tax Practice Ingūna Ābele and Senior Associate Kristers Zālītis.
