Advising Lemeks AS on the acquisition of a stake in Tartu Tehnika AS

WALLESS advised Lemeks AS (Estonian timber and forestry company) on the purchase of approximately 34% of the shares of Tartu Tehnika AS, the parent company of one of Estonia’s biggest organic farming undertakings. The assignment involved advising on the consolidation of the subsidiaries of Tartu Tehnika AS, including making changes to rental and lease agreements. Tartu Tehnika AS has approximately 4500 hectares of land, most of which is used for organic farming.
