Advising Emajõe Veevärk AS on the increase of share capital, the number of shareholders and infrastructure investments

WALLESS team advised Emajõe Veevärk AS , a water and sewage utility, on the transfer of new infrastructure investments with a total value of approximately 7 million euros. We also advised two local government shareholders on the exit of the public limited company, within the framework of which the independently operating shares of the company with a total value of approximately 2 million euros were transferred to the existing shareholders.
