Advising Eedeni Keskus AS on the extension of the shopping centre

WALLESS team advised Eedeni Keskus AS on the public procurement for the extension and parking house of the shopping centre, on conclusion of construction contracts and their performance. We also advised on the division of the extension into apartments and the sale of one part to Apollo Kino OÜ, Estonia’s largest film distributor and cinema operator.
