Simona has over 20 years of experience in law and public administration, acquired through her work at the Supreme Court of Lithuania, as Legal Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, and in the field of international child protection. She is known for her in-depth and systematic understanding of legal regulation, strong legal risk assessment skills, and ability to apply legal norms in a complex and pragmatic manner to achieve well-balanced, legally sound solutions. Her areas of expertise include civil, administrative and international private law. Simona regularly prepares procedural documents and represents clients in court proceedings. She is also a recognised expert and mediator in international family law, providing tailored legal solutions in complex matters involving family asset management, inheritance, and cross-border family disputes. In addition to her legal practice, Simona is a lecturer at Vilnius University Faculty of Law and has long-standing experience in organising and delivering legal training.
