Mileen Arbma

Mileen is an associate in the dispute resolution practice group, focusing on criminal and civil litigation. She successfully defended her research paper in the field of criminal law connected to criminal proceedings and legislation, while completing her university studies. During her master’s studies, she continued her research in the field of criminal procedural law, writing a master’s thesis on the impact of European Union law on the admissibility of evidence. An article based on this research, titled “The Necessity of the European Union’s Directive on the Admissibility of Evidence”, was published in 2024 in Juridica, the journal of the University of Tartu School of Law.
