Gediminas has a wide ranging track record in contentious, as well as transactional work. He is one of the most recognised arbitration lawyers in Lithuania. His experience includes numerous domestic, international and investment arbitration cases with the amounts in dispute ranging up to hundreds of millions of euros. Gediminas has been involved in arbitration cases under VCCA (Vilnius), UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA rules as well as ICSID cases. He often acts as an arbitrator under VCCA and ICC rules. Gediminas’ strength is the ability to cope with complicated legal issues and disputes. Over more than 27 years Gediminas worked on various eminent M&A transactions (such as banks, refineries, chemical factories, mobile telephony operators, ferry lines, pharma manufacturers, agrochemical companies, etc.), real estate and financial deals.
