Gediminas has a wide-ranging track record in contentious, transactional work. He is one of the most recognised arbitration lawyers in Lithuania. His experience includes numerous domestic, international, and investment arbitration cases, with the amounts in dispute ranging up to hundreds of millions of euros. Gediminas has been involved in arbitration cases under VCCA (Vilnius), UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA rules, and ICSID cases. He often acts as an arbitrator under VCCA and ICC rules. Gediminas’ strength is his ability to cope with complicated legal issues and disputes. Over twenty-seven years, Gediminas has worked on multiple eminent M&A transactions (such as banks, refineries, chemical factories, mobile telephony operators, ferry lines, pharma manufacturers, agrochemical companies, etc.) and real estate and financial deals.
