WALLESS parengė naujienlaiškį, kuriame yra apžvelgiamas administracinės atsakomybės taikymas juridinių asmenų vadovams ar kitiems atsakingiems asmenims pagal Lietuvos Respublikos administracinių nusižengimų kodekso (toliau – ANK) 119 straipsnį už akcininkų, žemės ūkio bendrovių, kooperatinių bendrovių (kooperatyvų) narių (toliau – dalyviai) teisių pažeidimus.
