WALLESS white collar defence attorneys Erki Kergandberg and Elmer Muna secured a landmark victory in the Port of Tallinn criminal case

WALLESS partners Erki Kergandberg and Elmer Muna successfully represented the defendants in the Port of Tallinn case in a criminal trial that lasted over five years. White collar defence attorneys were assisted by junior associate Mileen Arbma. The Harju County Court announced yesterday that all the defendants were acquitted and were awarded compensation. The court found that, contrary to the prosecution’s accusation, the management board members of Port of Tallinn did not act as public officials.
