Starting April Andrius Ivanauskas will become the 28th Walless partner in the Baltics. He will join the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group at WALLESS in Lithuania with the main focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital. He has a strong track record advising clients in the financial industry as well as other business sectors.
Andrius is a professional with more than 15 years of experience in corporate transaction advisory and corporate finance matters ranging from strategic M&A to private equity and venture capital. He is also highly regarded as a go-to lawyer for private equity fund structuring and formation.
