On September 21st, 2020, Ignitis Group, a leading utility and renewable energy company in the Baltic region, announced the publication of the IPO price range and Prospectus. This followed the recent announcement of Ignitis Group’s Intention to Float its shares on the Nasdaq Vilnius and GDRs on the London Stock Exchange.

Dentons’ and WALLESS’ teams advise the syndicate of international banks – Bank of America, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Swedbank and UBS – as the Joint Bookrunners for the deal. The issuer is being advised by Ashurst’s and Sorainen’s teams.
