Did you pay your taxes on income from apartment(s) rent in Lithuania by obtaining a business certificate for the year in advance? Are you using an agency or an administrator to handle your platform advertising, do the cleaning, maintenance, and invoicing? Don’t be so sure that your taxes on such rental income are covered.
Business certificates allow help from family members (spouse, parents, children, guardians, etc.). Since agents or administrators are not included, tax inspectors reserve the right to charge regular tax rates on such income.
