WALLESS strengthens its dispute resolution practice: Partner Expert Edvardas Racius joins the firm

Attorney at Law Edvardas Racius, who brings 14 years of experience resolving complex, high-value business disputes, is joining WALLESS Disputes Resolution team. His experience is particularly relevant for companies operating in the infrastructure, environmental, waste management, construction, energy and transport sectors, where disputes can have a direct impact on project timelines, cash flow, reputation and business value.

Edvardas developed this approach while working on proceedings before Lithuanian and European Union courts, as well as in international arbitration. His professional background combines private practice with experience as an in-house lawyer. “Working within a business organisation allowed me to see disputes from the client’s side – where what matters is not only legal precision, but also whether a decision can actually be implemented in practice,” he says.
