At the spring conference of the Association of Estonian Real Estate Companies, WALLESS Partner Piret Kergandberg joined Deputy Secretary General for Living Environment and Circular Economy at the Ministry of Climate, Ivo Jaanisoo, spatial and regional planning expert Ann Ideon, and Elon CEO and partner Hannes Roosaar to discuss whether the key to more affordable housing lies in greater state intervention, less bureaucracy, or smarter market-driven solutions. The discussion focused on how to create the conditions for developing high-quality homes in Estonia that young families can genuinely afford.
