WALLESS Advised the Founder of Clinic DPC on the Sale of a Controlling Stake in Innova Capital

WALLESS, together with Oaklins Lithuania, advised the founder of Clinic DPC on the sale of a controlling stake to Innova Capital and creating a joint venture which will serve as a platform for acquiring dental clinics in the region.

Innova Capital is an independent private equity firm, active since 1994, with a focus on investing in Central and Eastern Europe. The alternative investment fund aims “to create a leading, independent regional odontology group in partnership with the renowned founding doctors”.

Clinic DPC, as the largest network of dental clinics in Lithuania, sees this as an opportunity to contribute to a significant change in the odontology market, both in the Baltic States and in the CEE region.
