WALLESS advised Avalon Estates in the conclusion of the construction contract with Bildgren Ehitus for residential and business premises in Tallinn

WALLESS advised real estate development company Avalon Estates on a construction contract with Bildgren Ehitus. The contract concerns the construction of a commercial and apartment building at Tartu mnt 44 in Tallinn, which will cost approximately EUR 14.5 million. The deal was advised by WALLESS Attorney at Law Margus Kõiva and Partner Minni-Triin Park.
