WALLESS once again contributed to IBA report which highlights specific general international trends in human resources law. This is the 12th Annual Global Report and it is based on responses from lawyers in 54 countries, including Latvia.
This time, the report focuses on issues such as the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the shift towards remote work, and the challenge of skilled labor shortages, identifying them as key areas for the human resources (HR) sector. Additionally, sustainability is becoming increasingly relevant in terms of HR management.
