Continuing to shape the future of fintech together at UN:BLOCK!

This year’s UN:BLOCK brought together more than 800 participants, filling the room with energy, ideas and engaging discussions among fintech professionals, regulators, legal advisers, investors and everyone passionate about the future of fintech.

While an impressive line-up of speakers shared their insights on the main stage throughout the day, we were proud to contribute our expertise alongside Latvijas Banka and Sorainen in the workshop “Practical Guide – Fintech Licence with the Bank of Latvia”.

A special thank you to our Associate Partner Arina Stivrina and Senior Associate Elīna Dindendorfa for sharing their practical insights and experience. Meanwhile, our Tax Partner, Inguna Abele, took to the main stage to discuss the latest developments in the crypto-asset taxation framework.

At WALLESS, our goal goes beyond assisting with the legal documentation required to obtain a licence. We aim to support businesses throughout their journey – from exploring Latvia as a potential jurisdiction to navigating the licensing process and making informed decisions for future growth.
