Companies will be able to receive EU support for trademark registration
For companies planning to register trademarks or designs, 2026 begins with a new opportunity. From 2 February, small and medium-sized enterprises in Latvia will be able to apply for EU funding to support the protection of their intellectual property.
The programme is designed to help companies legally protect their brands and visual identity, covering up to 75% of the official costs related to trademark and design registrations. The available funding is limited, making timely preparation and submission of applications particularly important.
WALLESS supports clients throughout the entire process, from eligibility assessment and document preparation to filing trademark and design registration applications.
