WALLESS Team Assisted Sapiens on the Acquisition of Tia Technologies

Sapiens International Corporation, a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tia Technologies, a leading vendor of digital software solutions, from the global investment organization EQT Mid Market. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of November 2020. Tia Technologies’ acquisition is going to expand Sapiens’ Nordic presence. In addition to that, it is going to help to improve Sapiens’ position in South Africa and the Baltics market.

In the meantime, Sapiens will continue developing and supporting Tia Technologies’ products and serving its customers, who will now have the opportunity to benefit from Sapiens’ variety of offerings.
