WALLESS Assisted the Sell-side in Sale of Latvian Petrol Station and Convenience Store Chain Kool Latvia

Aqua Marina, the holding company for Olerex Group that owns a petrol station chain in Estonia, has signed a binding agreement to acquire Latvian petrol station and convenience store chain Kool Latvija. Aqua Marina AS is the Olerex and Olerex Terminal holding company with assets worth over EUR 200 million. Aqua Marina was founded in 1990 with mainly domestic Estonian capital.

After the acquisition of Kool Latvija, Olerex becomes the only fuel retailer of Baltic origin that operates in all three Baltic states. Sandis Šteins, Kool Latvija CEO and concept author, will continue to manage the company in Latvia.
