We advised the shareholders of Linnamäe Lihatööstus (www.linnamae.eu), the largest game meat producer in Estonia, on the sale of majority shareholding to UP Invest group. The target was established in 1987 and produces up to 1,000 tons of game meat products annually. The purchaser, UP Invest group, is a major holding company consolidating investment assets in real estate, media, healthcare etc.
