WALLESS provides legal assistance to AS Sakret Holdings in attracting financing for development of a manufacturing company

WALLESS provides legal assistance to AS Sakret Holdings in relation to the issuance of 5-year bonds worth almost EUR 4 million and the registration of collateral for those bonds in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is planned that those bonds will be included in the Nasdaq Riga First North alternative market in early 2020.
The main area of activity of Sakret Group is the production of dry mixes and ready mixes for construction; it operates 4 production units in the Baltic States – in Riga (Latvia), Kėdainiai (Lithuania) and Paide (Estonia) and is one of the leading manufacturers of building mixes in the Baltics.
