WALLESS helped enterstore to acquire Miss Mary of Sweden

Enterstore a.s., part of Hartenberg Holding, has acquired Swedish Bra Holding AB, Miss Mary of Sweden – a renowned brand specializing in the design, production, and sale of women’s underwear. Vinge was the lead sell-side counsel, while WALLESS assisted with the Estonian legal aspects of the deal.
