WALLESS advised Elisa Eesti AS, one of Estonia’s leading telecommunications and technology companies, on its acquisition of PRO IT Teenused OÜ.
PRO IT Teenused is an IT solutions provider with a strong presence in Estonia and Latvia, serving both local and international clients. The acquisition will enable Elisa to broaden its business customer offering and further strengthen its expertise in IT services and business-critical network solutions.
The transaction supports Elisa’s objective of providing business customers with a broader range of integrated IT and technology solutions.
