WALLESS advised the shareholders of Piano Group on the sale of shares to Apollo Group

The target, Piano Group, operates seven restaurants: three in Tallinn, one in Tartu and Vilnius, and two in Helsinki. The deal was closed successfully in September 2019 after approval by the Estonian Competition Authority. This was one of the very few transactions in the Baltic market involving sale of a major restaurant chain.
