WALLESS advised on property deal for Courtyard Marriott Tallinn
Next spring, the Courtyard by Marriott hotel will open its doors at Lembitu 4 in central Tallinn. While the hotel will be operated by Legendhotels, the property is owned by AS Pihlamaa, which is under the control of the Polli family.
Courtyard by Marriott is the most widespread brand within the Marriott portfolio, present in over 1,300 locations across 60 countries. Positioned in the mid-scale segment, the new Tallinn hotel will feature 108 guest rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, and a fitness center.
Legendhotels is a Marriott International franchise partner with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector. In Estonia, the company operates GOSPA in Kuressaare and Telegraaf Autograph Collection in Tallinn, which is also part of the Marriott chain.
The transaction was advised by the @WALLESS team, including partner Minni-Triin Park, and Senior Associates Liina Käis and Margus Kõiva. The building’s architect is Martin Aunin, and the general contractor for the construction is Mapri Ehitus.
