WALLESS advised ELEKS on the acquisition of a majority stake in ADM Interactive

A new chapter for Estonia’s digital sector: Ukrainian-founded technology company ELEKS has acquired a majority stake in Estonian digital services company ADM Interactive.
The transaction gives ELEKS a stronger foothold in Estonia and supports the further development of its public-sector offering across Europe. The deal brings together ADM’s experience in Estonian public-sector digital solutions with ELEKS’ international technology and engineering capabilities.
