WALLESS advised Corel Corporation in a global deal of acquisition of Parallels group

We have advised the deal as local counsel in cooperation with Sidley Austin LLP’s Palo Alto and London offices. We have assisted Corel Corporation with all local matters related to the transaction, including preparation of local transaction documents, carrying out local closing, etc. This deal was one of the largest M&A deals in the IT sector directly involving Estonia in 2018-2019.
