WALLESS team advised BIGBANK group on acquisition of two farming businesses.

The group acquired 100% holding in Abja Põld OÜ, the company growing cereal and farming grassland, Kamara Suurfarm, a large dairy farming business, and ca 1 700 ha of arable and grassland. BIGBANK group has been investing into the agricultural sector since 2020. We advised the group over the course of the entire transaction, from the legal due diligence to closing.
