Representing Kantauro OÜ in construction disputes with Nordecon AS

Our team advised and represented real estate developer Kantauro OÜ in disputes with Nordecon AS over the construction of Stroomi shopping center in Tallinn. The building had several defects which the builder refused to remedy. Numerous court cases resulted in a compromise which served both parties interests.
