Representation of Euroapteek OÜ in a pharmacy establishment dispute

Senior Associate Priit Lember represented OÜ Euroapteek pharmacy chain in a dispute regarding the establishment of a new branch-pharmacy. The dispute arose from a controversial Estonian pharmacy regulation overhaul and restrictions to large pharmacy chains. The case was heard before the Supreme Court and offered new insight into the new restrictive regulation.
