K2 LT completes €4M sale of subsidiary Rekviem LT

From the first brick to the exit – we’ve been alongside K2 LT from the earliest steps to a strategic sale, helping to build and successfully implement the business along the way. That journey led to a EUR 4 million deal, with K2 LT selling its farewell home in Kaunas and 100% of the shares in Rekviem LT to a strategic investor.

The proceeds from the sale will be directed to new development projects and a share buyback, giving interested shareholders the opportunity to realise their investment while supporting K2 LT’s next growth plans.
