WALLESS at Vilnius Arbitration Day 2026

How far should counsel go to defend a client’s interests in arbitration? The choices made along the way can affect the cost, credibility and outcome of a case.

At Vilnius Arbitration Day 2026, WALLESS Partner Gediminas Dominas moderated the “White Knight or Dark Knight? How Far Can Counsel Go” panel, joined by Diora Ziyaeva, Markiyan Malskyy, Pontus Ewerlöf and Mathias Steinø. Together, they explored arbitration’s grey areas, from the ethical boundaries of advocacy to the questions emerging technologies raise for counsel and arbitrators.

Exchanging views on these questions with international peers helps inform the advice we give clients on arbitration strategy and risk.
