Hosted by the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration | Vilniaus komercinio arbitražo teismas, the event sparked vibrant discussions and offered fresh perspectives on complex challenges.
What are the key legal issues investors face in today’s geopolitical landscape? This was the focus of the panel discussion on “Compensation of Damages to Investors Caused by Russia’s Military Action in Ukraine”, moderated by WALLESS Partner Gediminas Dominas during the Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024.
In addition, the ArbCEE half-day conference “A Star is Born: Connect with the CEE Arbitration Community” provided a valuable opportunity for networking and professional interaction among the arbitration specialists from the region.
