WALLESS at the Baltic VCA Summit 2024

The Baltic Private Equity and Venture Capital ecosystem will further grow charged with more focus on maintaining high operational standards. This was a key takeaway for us at the Baltic VCA Summit in Vilnius, where WALLESS joined top voices in the PE/VC sectors.
While progress is being made, challenges remain. Although the proportion of women employed in funds grew by nearly 10% in 2023, only 8,9% hold positions on investment committees – an issue addressed during the panel discussion “Growing Importance of Women as LPs, PE/VC Investors, and Founders Deploying Capital,” moderated by Dovilė Burgienė, WALLESS Managing Partner of Lithuania.
Thanks to the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association for creating the space for these dialogues, where our team – Partners Andrius Ivanauskas, Laurynas Narvydas, Counsel Kaisa Üksik, Associate Partners Valters Diure, Domas Šileika, and Junior Associate Adomas Saladžius – had a great time being part of it.
