The first PAMATAI award for investigative journalism has been presented

The PAMATAI Award for Investigative Journalism, backed by a private endowment fund, has been presented for the first time. Congratulations to the Siena – tiriamosios žurnalistikos centras and Laisvės TV teams for their #sureikšminkim investigative series, and to all the finalists whose work helps shine a light where it is needed most.

Strong investigative journalism needs strong support. As one of the foundations of a healthy society, independent journalism should never stand alone, and WALLESS is proud to be among those helping lay its groundwork. Congratulations to everyone who is building this together.
