Modernised Law on Companies – time to start now? From July 2026, Lithuania will see the most substantial modernisation of the Law on Companies in over a decade. The reform introduces flexibility – from faster capital raising and clearer rules on share buy-backs to more efficient dividend distribution and streamlined shareholder meetings.
“Companies that act early and align their governance with the new framework will be best positioned to capture its advantages,” points out Dovile Burgiene, WALLESS Managing Partner of Lithuania, in a Verslo žinios article.
