Takeaways from the Future of Law Firm Management conference organized by IBA CEE
- AI in law isn’t a threat; it streamlines tasks, freeing lawyers for complex matters.
- Client loyalty is changing, and the combination of an individual lawyer’s brand and a strong law firm brand is vital.
- Lawyers seek to be part of the company, emphasizing the importance of individual feedback, mentoring, company transparency, and after-work activities.
These takeaways were gathered from the Future of Law Firm Management conference organized by IBA CEE. Additionally, Dr Simona Drukteinienė, a partner at WALLESS, shares one more powerful message that she had the privilege of hearing from our Ukrainian colleague, Timur Bonderyev, Managing Partner at Arzinger, during his presentation: “For some of us, significant challenges include sustainability issues, AI threats, generational differences, and similar concerns, while for others, it’s running a law firm during wartime. This demonstrates the diverse nature of human challenges.”
These insights provide a comprehensive view of the evolving landscape not only in law firm management but also in the management of any firm. We are committed to staying at the forefront of these changes to better serve our clients. Thank you for being part of our journey!
