Should surname regulations change, or should they stand firm in the name of tradition?
Surname debate continues – a matter of tradition or a step toward change? After years of discussion, the Lithuanian Supreme Administrative Court has ruled that the current system, where Lithuanian women cannot have a surname ending in “-a”, is not discriminatory.
