Sharing experience with future leaders | Dovilė Burgienė at VU Superpaskaita

One piece of advice for students at Superpaskaita organised by Vilnius University: “Go where you’re not the smartest person in the room. That’s where growth happens.” As Dovilė Burgienė, WALLESS Managing Partner of Lithuania, shared on stage, growth is rarely about quick wins.
