This commission serves as the unique think tank for ICC Dispute Resolution Services, bringing together global expertise to enhance the field of dispute resolution.
The Commission on Arbitration and ADR pools expertise to foster thought leadership and raise awareness on practical and legal issues in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). With over 1,300 members from more than 100 countries, the commission includes lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors, and other experts in dispute resolution fields.
