Please welcome Senior Associate Karina Zenkevičiūtė to the WALLESS Finance team!

Karina helps financial services businesses get off the ground and stay on the right side of the rules. She advises local and international clients on licensing, regulatory compliance and operational structuring, including in the banking, payments, electronic money and fintech sectors. She stays by their side as they grow, from business expansion to regulatory audits and new supervisory requirements.

Karina combines strong regulatory expertise with a calm, structured and solution-oriented way of working. She is the kind of lawyer who brings clarity to complex situations and confidence to the people working through them.

Informuojame, kad nuo 2025 m. sausio 1 d. buvo pakeistas Bendrųjų sutarties sąlygų 7.6 punktas:
7.6. Sąskaitos už suteiktas paslaugas paprastai išrašomos klientui kiekvieną mėnesį. Sąskaitoje nurodyta suma turi būti pilnai apmokėta per 15 (penkiolika) kalendorinių dienų nuo sąskaitos datos. Mes siunčiame sąskaitas elektronine forma (PDF, Word arba Excel formatais) (be fizinio parašo) el. paštu. Jei Klientas reikalauja specialios sąskaitų faktūrų formos ar procedūros, arba sąskaitų faktūrų ar sąskaitų duomenų įkėlimo į Kliento ar trečiosios šalies platformą ar panašią sistemą, mes taikysime 50 EUR administracinį mokestį už kiekvieną vienos ar kelių sąskaitų pateikimą, kuris gali būti peržiūrėtas laikas nuo laiko. Mes pasiliekame teisę perduoti finansinės apskaitos vedimą, taip pat sąskaitų išrašymą ir išsiuntimą tretiesiems paslaugų tiekėjams, saistomiems tokių pačių konfidencialumo įsipareigojimų, kokie yra nurodyti šių Bendrųjų sąlygų 6.1 punkte.
