New Team Member – Senior Associate Ernestas Jakubauskas

Ernestas spent two years in the Court of Appeals and an impressive eight years in the Supreme Court. His extensive legal background brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the legal system. He has made significant contributions to complex cases, including various domains such as EU law, international law, arbitration, and human rights.

Beyond the courtroom, Ernestas has played an important role in evaluating draft legislation and suggesting improvements to laws. He has provided valuable insights to both the Parliament of Lithuania and the European Commission. Ernestas stands out at finding creative solutions to complex legal issues, whether they involve differences between legal systems, controversial case law, regulatory gaps, or uncertainties.
