At the inspiring traditional Asociacija „Lyderė“ (Association “Leader”) and Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association project “Women Leaders on Boards” (www.lyderesvaldybose.lt) breakfast session, the discussion centered on the qualities the state is seeking in board members for its 40 businesses.
Dovilė Burgienė, Managing Partner of WALLESS Lithuania and co-founder of the association “Lyderė” led a discussion with Vaidotas Rudokas, Director of the Enterprise Policy Department at the Ministry of Economy and Innovation | Ekonomikos ir inovacijų ministerija. He shared his view on the opportunities of serving on the boards of public sector companies and what kind of board members the state needs as a business owner.
