Gediminas Dominas appointed to DIAC’s List of Arbitrators

The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) has appointed WALLESS partner Gediminas Dominas to the DIAC Arbitrator List. This appointment reflects the high level of professional competence required to be included on this list.
DIAC has seen strong growth, registering 355 new cases in 2023, with parties from 49 different countries. This growth highlights DIAC’s role as a leading place for international dispute resolution. In 2022, DIAC introduced new Arbitration Rules to improve efficiency and transparency in its processes.
