EU AI Act enters into force today and will start to apply next year

The new regulations will introduce many rules, including requirements to inform us when artificial intelligence is used. Of course, there will also be numerous exceptions. For example, while AI systems can’t predict emotions at work or in education, they can monitor pilot fatigue. Methods affecting the subconscious are mostly banned, but there are exclusions in the medical field.
