The complexities of ESG reporting and other green reporting responsibilities are taking their place on the CFO’s desk. The discussion sought answers to the question of how to make the green transition work effectively for your business. In addition to providing practical tips, it was discussed whether ESG issues have now become part of the due diligence standard of board members, the breach of which can lead not only to damage to the company, but also to the personal liability of the board member.
